PLEASE NOTE:    We cannot accept "EMAIL" order cancellations, instructions pertaining to shipping, or order changes.  We likely will not catch it in time.   Please call our sales line at 517-651-6305 to make any changes.  Due to the large volume of e-mail we receive daily it is simply not possible to respond to everyone's e-mail on the same day.   We will answer your email questions eventually, but, if you need to make changes or clarify certain instructions PLEASE CALL.  Thank you for this consideration.

We also recommend you do NOT place orders over email because it could unnecessarily delay your order.

Time saving e-mail tips that make it much easier and faster for us:

TIP:  If you are e-mailing us back again about an e-mail we sent you please use the "Reply" option of your mail program rather than sending a new message.  In this way, we can easily review the history of the question and reply more timely.

TIP:  When e-mailing us we need to know who you are!   Signing off with your e-mail nickname or handle doesn't help us.  Please give your full name or better yet, your account number which can be found on every invoice you receive.
